Three Graces Retreat
Ancient Practices for Modern Times
Theoria Sophia
In person Retreat
with Zefirah Seraphina

This retreat is designed with ancient practices of feminine nourishment for body, mind, and spirit
Rejuvenation, authentic embodiment, and finding sanctuary
are the root words for this retreat.
The womb mysteries, and understanding and connecting to body intelligence in a way that accelerates ones path towards healing and freeing ones love.
Practices of self love, coming home to the body, healing from chronic pain, or dis-empowerment
Connecting to the oracular arts, and our feminine essence is its raw, unfiltered beauty and presence
mapping out subconscious patterns, and caring for our bodies as a living temple.
learning to un-wind and heal the nervous system and finding sanctuary within ones body.
Theres always going to be opportunities for us to give our power away, to fall into forgetfulness, to make mistakes, this is a part of our humanity, yet if we create opportunities to remember the depths of our souls experience, and continue to cultivate that inner sanctuary of soul in body, our paths grow clearer, and more expanded that aligns with our higher destiny.

Three graces
Joy and radiance
Grace and Presence
Blossoming and Abundance

The Three Graces
The Three Graces represent the essence of living in harmony—with the garden of creation, with one another, and within ourselves. Rooted in ancient lore, they have long been depicted as honeybees or prophetic women with honeyed tongues, their words carrying the sweet nectar of divine truth. They are the radiant sisters of grace, beauty, love, wisdom, truth, and natural abundance—symbols of feminine vitality that nourishes all life.
In the natural world, these qualities are reflections of wholeness: a tree heavy with fruit, a hive overflowing with honey, a wellspring that never runs dry. Yet in modern society, the energy of the Graces is often distorted or suppressed. Feminine well-being has been replaced by cultural narratives of scarcity, competition, and suffering.
But what if there is another way?
What if life was not meant to be endured, but embodied in joy? What if our path is not about fitting into what is, but about remembering what has always been? A return to our liberated selves, in alignment with higher destiny. A trust in God, in creation, and in the inner compass that guides us home—to our truth, to our soul, to the earth.
This is the invitation of the retreat: to reconnect with the stream of soul radiance and embodied feminine wellness. In safety, in remembrance, and in sacred sisterhood, we begin to hear the deeper call of the soul—gently guiding us toward clarity, embodiment, and divine coherence.
The Three Graces as Archetypes
These Graces are more than myth—they are archetypes of prophecy and healing. Women of water, trees, and bees. They are the oracles, the dreamers, the keepers of ancestral wisdom. When women gather in truth and love, a powerful alchemy awakens—not only within ourselves but across the collective field. Healing, then, is no longer personal—it becomes planetary.
Together, the Graces show us that true power flows not from isolation, but from connection. That divinity is not a solitary flame, but a sacred fire kindled in communion.
The Three Marys
At the foot of the cross and at the tomb of Yeshua stood three women: Mother Mary, Mary Magdalene, and—according to many mystics—Mariam, the sister of Yeshua. These are the Three Marys: pillars of sacred feminine devotion, holding space for resurrection and truth.
They represent the triad of feminine support that surrounds the awakened masculine. For it is through the presence of wise women—seers, anointers, initiators—that the sacred masculine can fully rise in service to love.
The Marys are the alchemists. They transmute pain into purpose, shadow into gold. They are the midwives of transformation, the sacred witnesses of death and rebirth. Their story reminds us that it is the feminine that prepares the way for resurrection—not just of the Christ, but of the Christed self within each of us.
The Triple Goddess
Maiden. Mother. Crone.
The original trinity. The ever-turning wheel of feminine evolution. Each phase holds a unique key to the mysteries of creation and to the deep wisdom encoded within our wombs.
The Maiden initiates with new beginnings and untamed possibility. The Mother anchors presence, creation, and devotion. The Crone carries the knowing, the silent power born of surrender and deep time. Together, they form a sacred geometry—an eternal cycle that initiates us again and again into the spiral of our becoming.
As we align with these archetypes, we begin to understand the full spectrum of who we are: not fragmented pieces, but whole beings, ever evolving, ever remembering.

In the past I use to do more intensive trainings, but as time had gone on Iv noticed that my deepest desire to work with women is in a way that helps them relax, to feel safe, to come home to themselves, and tap into self love and self worth. The oracular arts does not need to be something that is complex or intensive, the planet has had that long enough.
I believe that it is time that we come home to the garden, to our bodies, in kindness, love, and truth. To be in a state of appreciation for Gaia, and honor this precious planet in a way where we get to live in harmony, and love within ourselves and within sisterhood, in return, with beloved, family, and community.
Having a safe container created physically and energetically give space for the feminine body to sigh and relax into a deeper state of love and peace. My greatest desire is to create physical sanctuaries for the soul and body to finally feel safe and rested upon the earth.
I believe it is from this space of sanctuary that we as a collective will establish truth, love, and safety on this planet once more.

Retreat space and sanctuary

Azura is a sanctuary for people to come together in communion with love and truth. It is a safe space to connect to oneself and relax in a beautiful environment of comfort, peace, and eco luxury. Zefirah and her husband Maxwell designed, managed, and built much of the finishing touches themselves. Now they steward 30 acres of protected land, and have built a retreat center, and two rentals down by the creek. The land has beautiful east to west facing views of the mountains, an apiary, flower and food gardens, and wild waters.
Places to stay
The Stone House: A moroccan inspired eco luxury built cottage with modern and ancient features. The entire structure is built with natural material. There is a shower, outdoor tub, and fire pit as well as two twin beds in space. This will be made into two beds unless you pay for a single room.
The Spring House: A Japanese inspired cottage with modern and ancient features. This cottage has an access point to the creek right outside the door to cottage. There is also a fire pit, beautiful shower, and outdoor tub. This is the single room priced higher with a king size bed. This will be made into two beds unless you pay for a single room.
The Rose Room: This room is in the downstairs of the retreat center, designed uniquely with being inside of the dome. It is designed with more of a castle feel, and custom designed furniture and paintings. This is a double room with access to a void chamber styled bath tub and shower that was custom built, private toilet room, and outdoor shower. This is a single room in the main retreat space.
Room with a view: This room is the lowest money option, it is a beautiful twin bed that has a gorgeous view of rose garden and mountain views, there is a kitchenette in room, and the walls are made of flowy white curtains. Because the walls are not entirely sealed, I am offering a low price for this stay. This is in the main retreat space on the lower level.
