1. In-Person Retreats and Workshops

• Cancellation by Customer: If you need to cancel your participation in an in-person retreat or workshop, please notify us as soon as possible. Refunds are available under the following conditions:

  • Cancellation Outside 30 Days: If you cancel more than 30 days before the event, you will receive a full refund minus any applicable non-refundable deposit.

  • Cancellation Within 30 Days: If you cancel within 30 days of the event, no refund will be provided.

• Non-Refundable Deposit: Certain events may require a non-refundable deposit, which will be specified at the time of booking. This deposit will be deducted from any refund due if you cancel outside the 30-day window.

2. Physical Items

• Returns: Physical items purchased from our Site may be returned for a refund under the following conditions:

  • Condition: Items must be unopened and in their original packaging.

  • Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 21 days of receipt.

  • Shipping Costs: The buyer is responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the item.
