East post will have within it, the recorded live video, and potentially additional information, suggestions, recipes, or practices to assist in health and vitality of body and spirit.

The Live calls will be on the second Saturday of each month, then the recorded calls will be added within three days of live call with additional information from Zefirah or other women.
